Digital Products

CKSI does not normally accept physical returns because the majority of our products are digital.

Examples include:

– E-books
– Recipe PDFs
– Digital guides
– Videos
– Online courses
– Downloadable templates
– Digital toolkits
– Recorded classes

Once a digital product has been successfully delivered or access has been provided, it generally cannot be physically returned.

If you experience a technical issue, incorrect product delivery or duplicate payment, please contact CKSI support so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.
